This is a signed photo card from 1987 of Big Daddy Don Garlits' "Swamp Rat XXX" or 30. The 30th "Swamp Rat" designed by Don Garlits is the first top-fuel dragster to exceed 270 mph in a quarter-mile sprint (1986). The dragster is designed to achieve maximum acceleration by means of a 3000 horse-power engine, yet is lightweight, strong, and safe. It employs such materials as metal alloys, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, polymers, fibers, and other synthetics.
